Good morning, I recently placed an order with your company earlier this week. I was in need of T-Shirts for my daughter’s cheer squad this weekend. I called Spirit Accessories before placing the order because I was so afraid the shirts would not be here in time. First I would like to say that to find good customer service is extremely hard to find these days but when I called Spirit Accessories I was more than happy with the experience. I unfortunately can’t remember the name of the person I spoke with (shame on me). It was a lady, the first name started with a “J”, I am almost positive of this. She was more than happy to assist me. To ensure that I got what I needed she asked me to give her my first couple of choices of shirts. She offered to go and double check to make sure that there were 14 of that shirt in stock before I placed the order. I got a callback and then placed the order. So long story short, THANK YOU so much for such excellent customer service! The shirts arrived yesterday a day earlier than I had expected. The girls will be so happy tomorrow when I pass out the shirts after their game!
